As an Oriental Chef, you will specialize in oriental cuisine, bringing authentic flavors and culinary traditions to our dining restaurants. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of oriental food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Specialize in oriental cuisine, with expertise in a variety of dishes and regional flavors.
- Create and execute oriental menus and dishes for our dining outlets.
- Maintain exceptional standards of oriental food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary teams to incorporate oriental items into the overall menu.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards in oriental food preparation.
- Train and mentor the kitchen team in oriental cooking techniques and traditions.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of oriental dishes during service hours.
- Create and adapt recipes to accommodate dietary preferences and regional variations.
- Stay updated on oriental culinary trends, ingredients, and techniques.
- Participate in special oriental culinary events, promotions, and guest interactions.
- Collaborate with other culinary departments to ensure a cohesive dining experience.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
